Scope of Services

• Preparation and lodgement of your Individual Tax Return.
• Review of provided information for allowable deductions and offsets.
• General tax advice in relation to your personal income tax obligations.
• Additional services, such as assistance with audits, amendments, investment or business advice, will be subject to separate engagement and fee.

Our Responsibilities – We Will:

• Act lawfully and in your best interest within the framework of the Tax Agent Services Act 2009 and the Code of Professional Conduct.
• Ensure that your tax return is prepared accurately based on the information provided.
• Lodge your return in a timely manner once you have reviewed and approved the draft.
• Keep your personal information confidential and secure in compliance with Privacy Act 1988.

Your Responsibilities – You Agree To:

• Provide complete and accurate information to enable correct preparation of your tax return, and retain all necessary supporting records for all income, deductions, and claims made as required by the Income Tax Assessment Act 1936/1997.
• Review the return provided and notify us of any errors or omissions before signing.
• Pay all fees for services rendered as agreed.

Fees and Payment

• Payment is due upon completion of work and before lodgement.

Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited by a scheme approved under Professional Standards Legislation. A copy of the scheme is available upon request.
